Who is providing this notice?	Evergreen Cash, a dba of Spring Water Financial, a wholly owned and operated subsidiary of Kashia Services, a wholly owned and operated economic arm and instrumentality of the Kashia Band of Pomo Indians, is providing this privacy policy.

Affiliates	Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. *Our affiliates include other business entities of the Tribe.
Non-affiliate	Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
Joint marketing	A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. *Evergreen Cash does not jointly market.
