What if my credit is not good, can I still qualify for a loan?

Yes. In today’s economic situation, who’s credit doesn’t have a few bumps and bruises? Having banged up credit will not necessarily prevent you from qualifying for a Evergreen Cash loan. Even if you have been turned down by other lenders in the past, we may be able to provide you with a convenient credit option that fits your needs.

How do I know that I have been approved?

You will receive an email notification once your application has been accepted. Evergreen Cash reserves the right to make adjustments to your approval until the time you receive the funds in your bank account based on new information regarding your application.

When will I receive my funds?

Loan funds will be available the next business day. Loans completed on Fridays are generally available the following Monday. Bank holidays may extend the time it takes to receive funds by one additional business day.

* The exact time of funding depends on when your bank will post ACH (Automated Clearing House) credits to your bank account. If you expect to receive funds on a certain day, but do not see the funds in your bank account, you should contact your bank’s ACH department. How do I update my bank information?

To update your bank information, you should contact our Customer Service Team, please call at 888.479.9771. Please make all information changes at least two business days before your due date.

How do I provide payment information to the Collections Department?

For your protection, please do not email debit card or bank information to our Collections Department. Please call us at 888.479.9771 if you would like to set up a payment via debit card or any other method.

Do I need to fax or email any documents?

We prefer to use services like Decision Logic to verify banking information or we can conduct a 3-way call with your bank.

What if I don’t have the money in my bank account to satisfy my upcoming payment?

You must contact us immediately to set up payment arrangements at 888.479.9771. If your debit is returned unpaid from the bank for any reason, we will contact you to set up manageable payments. Evergreen Cash views all of its customers as partners. We want to assist you in repaying your loan and maintaining a positive experience with us! Payments that are returned and/or seven (3) more days past due will incur a $25 late fee and/or a $40 NSF charge.

When I pay off my loan, how soon can I receive another loan?

After making a payment in full, you may apply for a new loan at any time. However, we cannot issue a new loan until payment from your previous loan clears our bank, which usually takes three business days. Please call our customer service team 888.479.9771 and we will setup a three way call with your bank to confirm your payment cleared. Once requested, your new funds will deposit to your bank account the business day after payment clears.

What is an ACH payment and how does it work?

ACH stands for Automated Clearing House and is a form of electronic debit, which behaves much the same as a paper check. When we present an ACH request to your bank, it will send the specified amount of loan fees and/or principal to Evergreen Cash that was outlined in your loan agreement.

Why do I not receive emails from Evergreen Cash?

Evergreen Cash uses email to keep you informed of your approval, repayment reminders and confirmation, promotions and more. This makes it very important that you receive all email communication from Evergreen Cash concerning your account.

To ensure you receive important emails from Evergreen Cash, please take a moment to add our email address cs@evergreen-cash.com to your address book or to your SPAM “good list” or “safelist”. This helps your email provider recognize Evergreen Cash as a trusted email source. Instructions for most popular email providers are listed below. How much money can I receive?

Your first Evergreen Cash loan is based upon the information you provide in your original application and what we learn from risk assessment companies. We offer first time customers up to $300. After successful loan repayment, we may increase your loan amount on future loans.

What if I want to repay my loan early?

Contact our Customer Service Team if you want to repay your loan early: 888.479.9771 or cs@evergreen-cash.com. If you repay early you will NOT incur any penalties.

What if I can’t repay my loan?

If you cannot make your loan payment, you must contact us immediately at 888.479.9771 to set up payment arrangements. We will always attempt to work with you to settle your loan obligation.

Can I revoke my ACH payment?

Should you wish to revoke your ACH Authorization, please contact us first by phone at 888.479.9771 or email us at cs@evergreen-cash.com. We can then review other acceptable methods of repayment such as another bank account, cashier’s checks, money order, or debit card.

ARE YOU A PAYDAY LOAN COMPANY?

No, we provide an installment loan product.

WILL YOU SEND ME TO A 3RD PARTY COLLECTIONS AGENCY?

No, we handle all accounts in house.
